Common questions
How do I handle the Friday holiday?
Choose “All days except Friday” and Friday columns disappear. Centers closed Friday and Saturday choose the second option.
What does “at risk” mean?
Any student with 5 or more absences in the month is highlighted red, following the common Egyptian school rule that triggers a parent warning.
Can I record late arrivals?
Yes. Click a cell twice: first click marks absent, second marks late. Late arrivals are counted separately from absences.
How is this different from an Excel template?
